How we handle prescription medicines and orders made through this website and WhatsApp.
Verification before dispensing
Prescription-only medicines cannot be added to the online order basket. Instead, share your prescription by upload or WhatsApp. Our pharmacy team checks that it is valid, current and appropriate before anything is dispensed.
No guarantee of dispensing
Uploading or sending a prescription does not guarantee that a medicine will be supplied. We may contact you or your prescriber with questions, suggest an alternative where appropriate, or decline to supply.
Original prescriptions
We may ask to see the original prescription at collection or on delivery.
Ordering notice
- Online prices and availability are estimates until confirmed by our team.
- Please do not include detailed medical information in order notes — our pharmacist will ask what is needed.
- For urgent medical concerns, contact a doctor or go to the nearest hospital.
