These terms apply to your use of the Lativion Pharmacy website and to orders placed through it or via WhatsApp.
Product information and prices
We work to keep product information, prices and availability accurate. Prices and availability shown online are estimates and are confirmed by our team on WhatsApp before your order is finalised. Product images may be illustrative and packaging may differ.
Placing an order
Sending an order through WhatsApp is a request to purchase. An order is accepted only when our team confirms it. We may decline or partly fulfil an order, for example if a product is unavailable or if supplying it would not be appropriate.
Prescription-only medicines
Prescription-only medicines are supplied only against a valid prescription reviewed by our pharmacy team. We may ask to see the original prescription. Our pharmacist may decline to supply a medicine where it is not appropriate.
Payment
Payment methods and the final amount, including any delivery fee, are confirmed with you on WhatsApp or in store.
